- 1 FROZEN BANANA
- 1/2 CUP FROZEN BLUEBERRIES
- 1/4 CUP ALMOND MILK
- 1 TSP RAW NICE BLUE SPIRULINA
- TOPPED WITH BLUEBERRIES, TOASTED COCONUT FLAKES, AND HEMP SEED
STEP 1.
TAKE A BUNCH OF RIPE BANANAS, PEEL AND CUT INTO INCH WIDE PIECES, AND FREEZE.
STEP 2.
ONCE BANANA PIECES ARE COMPLETELY FROZEN TOSS THEM INTO YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER. I USE A VITAMIX BLENDER AND IT WORKS GREAT! BLEND THE BANANAS, SPIRULINA, AND ALMOND MILK, OR MILK OF YOUR CHOICE UNTIL YOU ACHIEVE A SOFT SERVE LIKE CONSISTENCY. I ADD IN ABOUT 1/2 CUP OF FROZEN BLUEBERRIES AS WELL FOR ADDED FLAVOR.
STEP 3.
SCOOP THE NICECREAM MIXTURE INTO A CONTAINER AND FREEZE FOR AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES. ONCE FINISHED AD SOME OF YOUR FAVORITE TOPPINGS! I TOPPED MY NICECREAM WITH SOME FRESH BLUEBERRIES, BARE BAKED COCONUT FLAKES, AND HEALTHWORKS HEMP SEEDS.
